Adding to your VIP lists is a breeze in the management portal. For each VIP guest, you can choose which events they get into for free, how many redemptions they get, and what category of VIP they fall into. This last feature is optional, but it gives you a convenient way to sort and filter your data later on.
VIP guests will show up on attendants’ devices as soon as managers add them in the management portal.
After a VIP entry is completed, their remaining number of free entries is updated, and your space count is, too. Ah, the beauty of real-time data syncing.
